Check in / check out
Our reception is open Monday to Saturday from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and on Sunday from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM. If you arrive outside these hours, please call us in advance on +32 (0)468 13 14 59 so we can make sure your check-in goes smoothly.
Parking
The best place to park is the underground car park Gent Zuid, accessible via the Gent Centrum exit. From there, it's about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Gent Zuid is also the cheapest car park in the city, at €16 to €19 per day. Alongside, you'll find a map with the walking route from the car park to the hotel. Just follow the blue dotted line.

Low Emission Zone (LEZ)
Ghent's city centre, including our hotel, is located within the Low Emission Zone (LEZ). Vehicles that don't meet the current standards need a permit or day pass to enter the area. As the rules and rates can change every year, we recommend checking the official City of Ghent page for the most up-to-date information. Prefer to have us arrange this for you? That's possible too, just get in touch with us before you arrive.

Breakfast
Start your day right with a hearty breakfast: a hot and cold buffet, including a full English/American breakfast, served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekends, also available on our terrace if you'd like. Is breakfast not included in your room rate? Then it costs €25 per person. Need to leave earlier than our opening hours allow? Just ask in advance for our early breakfast package: included if your room rate covers breakfast, or €18 if it doesn't. Do you have an allergy? Please let us know by email at least one day in advance. Non-hotel guests are also welcome to join us for breakfast, and residents of Ghent enjoy a 20% discount.

Bar
Our bar is open Monday to Saturday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Sunday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Enjoy a coffee or a cold drink, in an atmosphere just as welcoming as the rest of the hotel.
Cycling in Ghent
The best way to discover Ghent is by bike. Don't have one with you? You can rent one from us at the hotel, from €13 per day, with a deposit of €150. Please book in advance via [email protected], as availability is limited. Please note: you are responsible for any damage to or theft of the bike during the rental period.

Looking for a quiet spot to get some work done? Our lobby and bar are open as a workspace during our opening hours, with free wifi. We just ask that you order something from the bar. Perfect for a video call between meetings, or to catch up on a few emails before heading back out to explore the city.
